What makes the Shadow Lawn Inn experience so unique?
The people who work here, of course.
The Shadow Lawn Inn Team is made up of hard-working individuals. Some have been with the Inn for years and others just a short while. Some from the local Kennebecasis Valley area and some from out of province. Our backgrounds may be unique, everyone, however, shares the principles of hospitality and have our guest interest at heart. We love to extend the spirit of Maritime Joie de Vivre.
Meet the Inn Keepers
On April 1, 2021, husband and wife Tracy Pitts and Martin St-Denis purchased the Inn and are working towards continuing its legacy of hospitality.
With almost 50 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, Tracy and Martin have started a new chapter of their lives as business owners and are enjoying being part of Rothesay and the beautiful surrounding communities.
Both having degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tracy and Martin have worked in large and small hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
Martin enjoys the operational side of the job, whereas Tracy prefers the administrative and organizational parts of the business. However, both Tracy and Martin agree that the most rewarding aspect of being the owners will be being able to use their knowledge and skills to give back to the community through events and fundraisers.
Tracy’s son, Bryan, and Martin’s daughter, Emelie, (and granddaughter Lexie), although not physically in Rothesay, are permanently residing in their parent’s hearts.
